2017 Event Information
Event Details
You will receive your paper tickets upon check-in at one of our three registration locations.  Paper tickets are a “souvenir” and part of the experience; they will not be required to board the train.

Please see parking tab for a detailed map of suggested parking locations. Please note the Needham Police has informed us that cars will be towed if parked illegally.  Handicapped parking is available at the Town Hall.

There will be restrooms available at St. Joseph Elementary School and there will be one porta potty at the train station.  The MBTA cannot guarantee that there will be a bathroom on the train.  We advise you to use restrooms priors to lining up for the train.

Festival of Trees 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
We invite you to stroll through the Winter Wonderland and enjoy the captivating and creative display of trees designed and decorated by local businesses and families.  All trees will be raffled off to lucky winners to enjoy throughout the holiday season.  Raffle tickets are $5 each and are available for purchase upon entrance to the school.  Mark’s Moving has generously agreed to deliver the large trees to the homes of winners (within a 20 mile radius) on Monday, December 4th; winners of tabletop trees can pick them up at Saint Joseph Elementary School on December 4th.

Santa’s Village Marketplace 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Browse a variety of local vendors in Santa’s Village.  Shop locally and enjoy a wonderful array of gifts for the holidays including stationery, home accessories, jewelry, skin care products, and much more!

Advent Craft 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Please join us in the HUB of Saint Joseph Elementary School (garden level) where children can participate in creating a special Advent craft.  There will also be Advent Wreath kits and ornaments for sale.

Photos with Santa 11:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Please stop by the sleigh at Eaton Funeral Home, and have your child(ren) photographed with Santa. Santa will be available 11:00a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Please allow yourself plenty of time for photos. We ask that families and groups are photographed together in efforts to expedite the line to allow for as many opportunities for children to have their photo with Santa as the day will allow.
